Arc - $800 **price negotible to the right home
Arc was picked up at fall auction of 2023, in honor of a friend of the rescue's mom passing. Our friend was drawn to Arc (who we estimate to be approx 9 years old), and this is the one she chose to work with. Did we mention he also has 1 eye? We had him vet checked and the eye does not need to come out. We took him home to her house where she quaranteed him and then started to desensitize him. He stayed with her for a few months and then came back to us. Once he knows you, he will never leave your side. He is super sweet and will wait for you to come to him. |

Ford - $500 ** price negotible to the right home
Unfortunately, Ford has been diagnosed with having a roach back, so he will be a permanent resident or pasture companion only. Ford is a 5 year old gelding. He is either a Standard Bred or Standbard bred cross. He came from auction extremely timid and thanks to a great foster came out of his shell. He loves people, is halter broke, very quiet and one of the sweetest horses we've met |

Iris - $800
Iris came to us from the Grunthal auction with her foal Violet who was approx 3 weeks old. . She was very shy at first, but has definately come out of her shell. She's come a long way. She will walk a few steps away from you when you go to catch her, but she stops right away.She picks up her feet and is completely halter broke and stands tied nicely. Iris and Violet came in with a herd of horses, some with foals and some pregnant. We were told they were rounded up from a reserve where they had been running loose. This is one cool girl. I decided to see what she'd do with a saddle pad and she didn't even twitch an ear or blink an eye. I put an Aussie saddle on her (didn't do it up) and she didn't move a muscle and could care less, even when we were walking around. In the next couple of weeks, we will cinch up the saddle and assess her more, we estimate her to be approx 10 years old

Mesa - TBD still being assessed
Mesa is an off the track thoroughbred. Born in Arizona (that's why we named him Mesa) in 2014. Registered name is Grass Valley Cat, and he was last raced in 2018 and was retired due to a bowed tendon. He found himself at Grunthal auction this past fall when he was picked up by a lesson barn that specializes in Cross Country, hunter/jumper. He came up lame and was not able to be used. Fortunately, he had been green broke to ride previously. He was said to be shy and skiddish at the barn but he's been great out with the crew. He is fairly easy to catch, easy lead and does not pull once tied. He had his teeth done, and has enjoyed some Magna Wave. He is sound as of right now, but we would like further assess him to make sure he doesn't come up lame. Did you know that his Great Great Grandfathers were Northern Dancer and Secretariat! and that he is the grandson of Storm Cat! Wow! What a pedigree! |

Neyki - TBD
Neyki came to us from the Grunthal auction in May of 2024, emaciated, and scared. She is approx 25 years old. We had her teeth floated, and she was fostered at a great place that helped bring her weight up. She is now at a different foster home and florishing! As you can see, she's got a nice round booty now! We are going to assess her, we think she may make a nice lead line hors |

Violet - $750
Violet came to us from the Grunthal auction at a wee little thing of approx 3 weeks old. She came in with her momma Iris, both were fostered with Hooves and Hounds during quarantine. She was very shy at first, but has definately come out of her shell. She's the first one to come to see you and LOVES her scratches. She picks up her feet and we have working on getting her better with the halter. She's such a cutie and will be a stunner when she gets older. Iris and Violet came in with a herd of horses, some with foals and some pregnant. We were told they were rounded up from a reserve where they had been running loose.
